2008 centre website update Regular viewers to our website may note the considerable redesign of our pages and different format used throughout. The reason for this is to make the site far easier to use for our visitors and make it more compatible with the most used browsers, preventing page errors and making the information accessible to all. We undertook a survey of all online visitors from the last variant of the site going live in April 2007 and used this anonymous information in this redesign. The new design forms a part of the Trust's new corporate image, which may soon be rolled out across all our websites and publications. Please note that this is very much still under development and some links may not be functional or may link to the existing old website. We have additionally added some new features to the site, such as the site search function and the introduction of our e-mailing list, where subscribers will receive access to the centre newsletter soon after release and other mailings such as updates and news from the centre and invitations to important events which are important to the Port Glasgow community. As with the services provided by the centre, this site will most likely be under current update and development. Should you encounter any errors when browsing or would like to make any comments on the site itself, please feel free to e-mail us. |
