hotdesks Our Hotdesk area is intended to provide local groups and associations with office space, PC and internet access, printing and photocopying facilities - services which some groups may not have. The PCs in this area are modern, permanently connected to the internet and installed with the most commonly used applications Hotdesk users can also scan a variety of media and print both in monochrome and colour from our laser printers. Our copier is available to all persons using this facility and confidential papers can be securely destroyed via the shredder. The area is shared with our own staff, and provides a spacious and quiet working environment. Kitchen facilites are on-hand for refreshments. |
